ShareMyLuggage (hereafter sometimes referred to as “we”) is a peer-to-peer application that intends to connect passengers with extra luggage with those who have unused luggage space. We help people carry items to other parts of the world, by minimising the courier fee/excess luggage fee/ cargo fee, etc. We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our platform.

ShareMyLuggage is a platform that only allows luggage owners and luggage carriers to connect with each other. ShareMyLuggage does not provide any transportation services ourselves. ShareMyLuggage does not provide any payment services. ShareMyLuggage does not guarantee shipment of your luggage/items.

- To provide you with our services, such as connecting you with Luggage Owners and Luggage Carriers
- To improve our services and develop new features
- To communicate with you about your account and our services
- To send you promotional emails and other marketing materials
- To protect our platform and Users from fraud and abuse
- Any other purpose which may arise in future

We share your information with the following third parties:
- Luggage Owners and Luggage Carriers with whom you connect through ShareMyLuggage
- Service providers who help us operate our platform, such as our payment processor, if any, on a future date and email marketing provider, if any.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, so it is unrealistic to guarantee absolute security of your personal information.
